“For beer lovers with character who appreciate craftsmanship and quality”

The Source derives its name from wheat, a grain that flourishes in the Brabant Kempen earth, our birthplace. As style, the 5.5 is described as a White Pilsner (WeiPi), but Uncle Piet just used to call it Land Beer.

Nowadays it enjoys popularity with those who are looking for something different from the masses. This wheat beer has a second 30-day fermentation in the bottle and barrel to thank for its refreshing character.

“For hedonists with bravura who raise a glass to the little joys in life”

When the brewery was reopened, this was our master brewer Ivo Kaanen’s first beer. At the time it was particularly courageous to enter a market that was in the clutches of big brewers. Plucky Ivo did it with a gold blond special beer derived from the family recipe from 1948.

So the 7.5 lasts the course, knows its strengths, knows what it stands for and is comfortable in the company of people who also stand their ground and enjoy the little pleasures in life. It has a second 60-day fermentation in the bottle and cask to thank for its full-flavoured character.

“For bold connoisseurs who dare to push the boundaries, generation after generation”

Where the Brave is plucky, the Bold is fearless. Not surprising when you are dealing with 10.5% alcohol. Making this a beer to enjoy slowly at very special moments. The dry-hopping makes it more pronounced, but never ever bitter.

It is not difficult to brew a beer with a pronounced bitter taste. Just as Grandpa Harry said, it is a true art brewing a beer with a rich yet balanced taste. This triple owes its flavourful character to a secondary fermentation in the bottle of a tidy 90 days.
